Because each item is custom-printed with your personal photos, designs, or text (such as personalized mugs, custom T-shirts, bottles, or gift hampers), we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. We kindly ask you to verify sizes, spelling, and design previews carefully before placing your order.
We stand behind our printing quality 100%. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprinted design (wrong colors, incorrect layout), or has been damaged in transit, we will issue a free replacement/reprint or a 100% refund. Please inspect your item and report any defect to us within 14 days of delivery.
You can cancel or modify your order details within 1 hour of placing it. Once our studio initiates the printing setup or sublimation process for your custom item, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
